Harvest Home Blessing and Thanksgiving Leaves
Thank you to all who donated during this year’s Harvest Home collection for the Juniata County Food Pantry. If you haven’t already, please write what you are thankful for on a leaf and attach it to the Thanksgiving Tree on the bulletin board in the hallway today
Bible Presentation and Congregational 2026 Budget Meeting Today
Children who are three or in third grade will receive Bibles during worship this morning. The annual congregational budget meeting will take place after worship.
Christ the King/Hunter’s Sunday – Nov. 23rd
Join worship for the final Sunday of the Church year. Feel free to wear hunting camo and/or blaze orange. Bring your taxidermied animals, skins or pictures to share on a display in the hallway.
First Sunday of Advent/Healing Service – Nov. 30th
In worship, we’ll begin to prepare for the birth of the Christ-child by lighting the Advent Wreath. Children will receive their Advent calendars and their will be a time for healing prayer and laying on of hands/anointing of oil.
Christmas Angels – please check out the list in the hallway, there are a few items that need to be sponsored. Thank you so much for all your support.
BINGO with SANTA on Sunday, December 7 at 2PM in the Trinity Social Room. Adding to the Christmas themed fun, this BINGO has a twist- all the prizes are wrapped! Each $20 ticket grants admission to the event and 3 cards for 10 rounds of BINGO. Kids under 10 are free to enter but must pay to play. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or at the door. All the proceeds from this fun event will benefit our very own Sonbeam Early Learning Center. Want to support the event? Consider donating a BINGO prize or baked good. Prize donations can be dropped off in the church office. See Tricia Benner or Laura Naylor to sign up for the bake sale.
Faith Formation Team is going to have a collection box in the narthex for our 3 college students to make care packages for the week of finals. Please see the Newsletter for all the info.
