Holy Communion worship services are currently being held in-person on Sunday mornings, at 9:00 AM. Services are followed by light snacks, refreshments and fellowship during social time. Sunday School and Adult Bible Study begin around 10:45 AM. Exalt the LORD our God; worship at His footstool! Holy is God! Psalms 99:5 Worship matters! In fact, worship is at the heart of how we understand ourselves together. Worship is fundamentally about what God is doing and our response to God’s action. Worship is an encounter with God, who saves us through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Think about it like this. God’s Spirit calls us together. God speaks to us through readings from the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, through preaching, prayer, and song. God feeds and nourishes us in a saving way. And God blesses us and sends us in mission to the world. Taken together, the Word proclaimed and the sacraments — both Holy Baptism and Holy Communion — are called the means of grace. We believe that Jesus Christ is present in these means through the power of the Holy Spirit. |

Join us Friday April 7th evening at 7 pm for the McAlisterville Ministerium Good Friday Tenebrae service at Trinity.
Tenebrae is Latin for “darkness.” As we read the Passion according to the Gospel of John, candles are extinguished and the sanctuary lights ared gradually dimmed. The cross is the sign of our salvation and the world’s redemption. Jesus is lifted up and exalted on the cross to draw all people to himself. On Good Friday Jesus is victorious over death and sin. Have a Blessed Holy Week. ![]()
